Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once an order is successfully placed, and unless exceptional circumstances apply, we will endeavor to dispatch your purchased products within two 2 business days.

For deliveries within Taiwan (main island), the order is expected to arrive at the designated address within an additional three 3 to five 5 business days.

In the event of potential delays, we will contact the customer promptly to confirm the revised shipping schedule.

Possible causes of delay include, but are not limited to:

Customized Products: Items produced after an order is placed.
Special Products: Items requiring special sizing, packaging, or additional coordination with logistics providers.
Force Majeure Events: Unforeseeable circumstances such as typhoons, floods, or other natural disasters.
Delivery Regions: Areas outside Taiwan (main island and offshore islands) requiring special logistics arrangements.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer: Such as inaccurate delivery addresses.

Shipping Methods

For deliveries within Taiwan (main island and offshore islands), the following shipping options are available:

Yamato Transport (Black Cat Delivery Service)
7-11 Convenience Store Pickup

If an order requires special packaging or customized logistics services, both parties will reach mutual agreement (including additional logistics costs), and a third-party courier service will be arranged accordingly.

Currently, we do not provide shipping services to regions outside Taiwan (including offshore islands).

Shipping Fees

After discounts are applied:

For single orders totaling NTD 1,499 or above, we will cover the standard shipping cost within Taiwan (main island) .
For single orders totaling below NTD 1,499, a shipping fee of NTD 100 per order will be charged to the customer.

If the parcel size, volume, special packaging, or special delivery requirements prevent shipment via Yamato or 7-11 pickup, we may assist in arranging alternative courier services. Any additional shipping charges incurred shall be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply shortages or stock unavailability, we reserve the right to provide information regarding substitute products of equivalent or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to accept the substitute product, we will refund any payments made.

Once the product has been delivered to the address specified by the customer, all risk in the product shall pass to the customer.

Ownership of the product shall only transfer to the customer upon our receipt of full payment of all amounts due.

Prices displayed on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping and delivery charges.
